Pain in lump

My lump is starting to really hurt .. I’m having it removed soon but I am so scared about it coming back I don’t wanna constantly live in this fear. Did anyone else experience pain with a benign fibroadenoma? My biopsy was clear but the doctors scared me that it’s possible that it could be a phyllode tumor. Plz sag are kr experiences w the pain :(
