The rota doesn't accommodate swaps

I'm an F2 in a surgical speciality. Noticed recently that I've been put on nights over the only 2 days I have had blocked out since October as it's when I have ALS. Rota coordinator asked me to arrange swap even though it was their mistake, my ALS was on the rota 2 months prior to the surgical rota being released.

None of my SHO colleagues can swap- and looking at the rota this is because there are so few SHOs that actually nobody can swap because we'd end up doing a 7 day stretch of on calls.

Not sure if anyone has encountered this before? I'm on call every other week as it is, and now I can't even attend mandatory training because I'm physically unable to swap and the trust refuses to cover for a locum despite it being their mistake. I desperately want to do ALS and it already got pushed back once despite me begging to do it prior to this rotation as I'm part of the MET team.

Any advice would be appreciated, do I just suck it up or should I escalate it to TPD?🥲
