halo ac/dc bolt charging jump pack charging issue

please help me find how to diagnose why my halo Bolt jump box dc barrel charger quit working. I have a fluke but am not familiar with where exactly to check and if i need to check continuity or amperage .if someone could assist i would appreciate it .
