What is the fastest way to advance Season Pass tiers?

I started this season a week ago and I'm currently at Tier 45 in the season pass. Aside from completing the season pass quests (I'm already doing this), which activity (like infernal hordes, nightmare dungeons) levels up my season pass the fastest? I'm just hoping to get as much rewards as possible before the season ends.
