Getting frustrated, stuck in TCS no reply from recruiters

I'm system Engineer in TCS since2.5 yrs , I work on AWS platform, have done AWS developer certification as well. My profile is data Engineer, now I'm looking for switch since last6 months as salary is low in TCS. Daily I apply for atleast 10 jobs on Naukri/LinkedIn but getting no response. Last month I gave coding assessment of IBM, passed all test cases but haven't got any response from them. Now I'm thinking I'll forever stay in TCS. Pls suggest something what should I do. Thanks in advance.
