Is mobility becoming necessary?

Goff has done a lot for this team and obviously we don’t have any other option for at least a season or two but look at the 4 remaining teams. All have mobile QBs. Is this becoming a necessary trait for a QB? Every time I watch a mobile QB it just looks so frustrating for the defense. Goff can deal but he looks like a baby giraffe when he tries to run.
