Sick for birth

I'm scheduled to be induced this Tuesday and as of yesterday my daughter has a sore throat and a fever. The fever was better this morning but now its back up to 101, so it's lasting over 24 hours. And now my husband is saying he feels like he's coming down with it. The doctors at the hospital said they still want me to come in to be induced on Tuesday regardless of if I get sick or not but I'm just feeling impending doom that I could be sick with a fever during my delivery, and I'm so sad to think there's a chance that will be my experience. Has anyone else been ill during their labor and delivery? Anyone else in a similar position?
