Having a crisis

Brand new to the hobby and miniatures in general. I’m about 7 models in to my army and I’ve gone for a bold colour scheme. I’m starting to have doubts about the orange… I’ve found it a bit of a nightmare to paint with and people don’t really seem to respond to it very well. I know I should just go with what I think is cool, but I don’t want to regret this later down the line. Am I being silly? Does everyone get cold feet?Some brutal honesty would be great 🙏
