Which job would you take?

Really torn right now. Wasn’t job searching but a recruiter reached out and ended up getting an offer. I love my current job, but this second one is essentially the same job function at a much smaller company and at a much higher pay rate. Which would you choose? Both are fully remote.

Option 1: $81k TC (69 base + 12k bonus) Where I am. I’m comfortable, love my coworkers and boss, and only really work ~25hrs per week. Room for growth within the company, but difficult to run analyses sometimes because of limited data access. Very established 5k+ person company.

Option 2: $112 TC (110 base + 2k bonus) New offer. Not a startup but feels like startup culture, would likely be working 40-45 hrs per week. Seems like a great team, but always risky. Same job function, but would have much more sway in decision making and unrestricted data access.
