Who do yall think the hardest boss truly is?

I've always seem gael as the hardest boss on so many lists but after just completing the dlc I can safely say he was one of the easier bosses in my opinion, even when compared to other games like elden ring and bloodborne hes on the easier side of things, so is there another boss I can fight that lives up to the hype?
