My uncle wants to smoke these! Please safe him!

He bought these in mexico in 2018. Now he wants to smoke it on Silvester. Please tell me if these are fake?!? I know that it’s obvious, but anyway… help, so that he believes me :) And if it’s possible also why these are fake!
