Counselor Meeting

I’m a transfer for 2025. How do I make an appointment with a counselor? Also, my registration date opened up and i’m currently in the process of changing my major. Not sure if I should choose classes depending on my current major, or on my new major. It’s confirmed if it’ll change or not so I have no idea what to do and wanted to speak to a counselor about it
