Sources for conflict resolution for engineers course/seminar?

The year I graduated from Uni, I attended a seminar for conflict resolution for engineers. Probably one of the most useful hours of my career.

I would like to get someone like that for my company, but can not find the original person who gave that seminar.

Has anyone had experience with anything like this? Any recommendations?
