help identifying an episode? (potential episode spoilers)

I'm looking for an episode, but I only have the description of what the unsub was doing. He was murdering the families of military personnel while said personnel were overseas. Anyone else remember an episode like this? I'm currently in season 11 and haven't seen it (I'll admit I coulda missed it because I'm watching this while doing something else.)
