New diec reader?

Just got this PS2 from a co-worker and they haven't used it in over a decade. Put in GTA San Andreas and 3 that I own, both very clean disc, and this sound started to occur for each of the diec after they were inserted. Do I just need a new Disc Reader or do yall think it's something worse. I'll have time to crack it open later today and have a better look.
