Grading questions

Hello! I am hoping you all could answer some grading questions for me.

I am having a hard time convincing myself to send some of my comics away to be graded. I would like to be able to watch the grading process, for various reasons. Is this possible, and how?

If in person grading is not possible, how can I ensure the safety of my books in transit, and that the ones that I get back are actually the ones I sent?
