Cobblemon Server- 100 Players simulate blah blah

Hello All!
I was looking for a server on cobblemon where everyone starts at the same time, with a grace period fallowing to gather a team, then proceed to fight (Hardcore). Maybe some teams/ set teams to make the game a little fun.

Or, alternatively, a server where the players could make a gym for others to challenge.

Let me know what everyone thinks or if anyone has any suggestions.
