Positioning

At my nursing home I am 100 lbs and have to work on a mix of regular and heavy patients.(9patients) After months of working I have finally manngaged to get everyone done before lunch. But I never waste time . Today my nurse yelled at me for not positioning all my patients. not only me but other CNAs dont do it too because we don’t have time. But she scolded me since I’m new and the youngest ( 6 months , 23 years)Another nurse comforted me And told me I’ve been doing a great job.the mean nurse always tries to come after me :( I’m just really upset. I will never treat my CNA like this when I become a doctor in the future because I know all the hard work that they do :( cheer me up? How do I keep going?
