Do we know the price for the DLC packs?

I’m trying to decide whether to buy the Civ 7 base edition or one of the more expensive upgrades. I can wait a weekend to play the game, but I might be tempted to get one of the upgrades if I thought it was going to be the same price or cheaper than buying the base game and the two announced DLC packs this year.

(This is not to say I approve of any of this. I hate all the nickel-and-diming. But I’ve been playing Civ since #2 and it’s hard to resist the urge to jump in now)
