Insulation Bag for Hot Summers

I live in a city where Mediterranean climate dominates summers with 90+ degrees. Is it logical to put my humidor in a insulated bag to cool it down to 70 degrees? Have been smoking and collecting for 3 years without knowing 70/70 rule. Never had a mold or beetle problem yet but I got nervous nowadays.
