Throwing Balls over Fence

I just need to vent for a sec. I was enjoying my morning gardening in my backyard. I live in the suburbs and the houses are so close together with postage stamp yards. Anyways, my neighbors have 2 toddlers that are constantly outside and during my gardening I was almost hit by a ball. I'm so tired of dealing with other peoples children. I have anxiety and depression and was just trying to chill in my backyard. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I deal with their kids annoyances on a daily basis and I'm just fed up. I can hear the kids constantly in my own house no matter which room I am in. Yeah sure I could just throw the ball over, but this is constantly happening and I just wish people were more considerate of others. We have a huge park down the street with like 8 soccer fields and a nice playscape, but this dad chooses to be lazy and just throw balls in a yard no bigger than a small driveway.

TLDR, kids constantly throwing balls into my yard is annoying
