What happened to Saint Louis Chess Club's lectures?
Saint Louis Chess Club's YouTube channel used to be a treasure trove of interesting chess lectures.
Their channel is now filled with interviews with random players that average 200 views.
I still find myself watching these lectures from 10-12 years ago out of nostalgic (and instructional) value.
Their old teachers - Ben Finegold, Varuzhan Akobian, Jennifer Shahade, Irina Krush, Yasser Seirawan - have all but disappeared.
I really miss Finegold's quips (rawr, exclam, etc) and Akobian's "Quen" and "Zugzawang". And, of course, Yasser's lecture to kids at 0.5x speed.
Do they not hold these lectures anymore?
Can anyone in the know shed some light on this?
