Major Problem with Disability Pass

Today was my first day at Cedar Point for the season. I’ve been going multiple times a summer since I was a young child. Never have I ever seen so many people using the disability exit pass. Without exaggeration, every roller coaster had a nonstop flow of people waiting in the exit. Not one single person looked like they had an actual disability. For example: 4 preteen boys laughing and running up the stairs for maverick and getting right on.

I fully appreciate that some disabilities cannot be seen. But this situation was clearly a case of the masses figuring out how to exploit the system. So now between all the unlimited fast passes, exit passes, and single lane fast passes, the actual line barely moves. Furthermore, this is horrible to people with actual disabilities.

Cedar Point needs to rethink this system ASAP.

Edit: I understand that with the pass one must still wait the wait time, but during that time you are free to ride other rides with shorter waits. That essentially makes this a fast lane.

Edit 2. I also want to note the other problem this almost caused. The ride op at the top of the steps of maverick also had to fill out the ADA sheet for the riders in the exit line. She nearly didn’t make it back in time after filling out all the people’s forms to allow enough people into the station to fill both trains. They were nearly sent with empty seats.
