Mole(?) on my cat's nose

My cat Skully is around 12 years old but he doesn't show any signs of being elderly. He had teeth issues and had them removed, and he has a tendency to eat too fast and throw up, but he's never been badly sick. He's had this round scab thing on his nose forever but my mom suspects that it has grown. It doesnt seem irritatwd and he doesn't move away if i touch/scratch it. Part of me thinks it's just swollen from being inflamed for getting poked. Should I be worried? Additional info; i got him from a relative whose cats after Skully had some inbreeding. To my knowledge, Skully's parents weren't related, atleast closely
