Carnivore while traveling internationally
I have been on carnivore diet (mostly with some veggies) for about 2+ years due to suffering from long covid. The carnivore diet along with one meal a day, is able to significantly reduce my symptoms and let's me live a mostly normal life. My typical meal involves a significant amount of food (meat and cheese) at dinner time. I cook pretty much all my food at home and only go out to eat on special occasions, whare I typically will eat at a steak house.
I will be traveling to Switzerland (Interlaken) in about a month for a business trip. I will be there for 3 weeks. I'm staying in a hotel which doesn't have any cooking ability in the room other than a microwave.
I am wondering if any others doing carnivore have traveled to Switzerland or other similar places in Europe and what you would recommend for meals, since I don't think I will be able to cook at all. I am okay eating veggies but want to avoid carbs and bread while there. I know the cheese is great there, but I'm worried about finding enough meat at normal restaurants without having to order several meals.
Thanks for your advice!
