Extended Test Drive?

I test drove a car, loved everything about it except that it smelled like cigarettes. I had another car shipped and have done all of the paperwork online to purchase, but would like to spend more than 20 minutes with the car when it arrives, which is what I was given for the previous test drive. Is this standard or can I ask for more? I know at other dealerships I’ve had cars for longer periods but they seemed pretty strict on the short time frame previously.
