please tell me all about your r10

i’ve had my 90D for less than three years and my shutters already malfunctioned. i was at the camera shop today and i think my best option is to get a new mirrorless camera body instead of replacing the shutter. the guy was showing me the r50 and the r10 and after looking at another reddit post asking about the difference, i think i’m leaning towards the r10.

can anyone who knows the r10 well tell me everything they love about it and everything they dont like about it? im currently a high school sports photographer (though i hope to quit soon and find something else) is there any concerns for action shots that require high shutter speed? any struggles related to shooting in shitty high school gym lighting? if you had the 90d was it an easy transition into the r10 or were there things that took a while to get used to. i will most likely get the camera tomorrow and start shooting for work next week and we’re at the end of the winter season so if there is anything big to look out for i really want to be prepared because we wont be able to makeup the photos.

as for my own personal photography, my favorite is definitely nature and wildlife. what do you like most about the r10 when shooting nature or animals?

and lastly, i’m planning on writing a screenplay for a short film with my friend and in the future we may produce it. the video feature on my 90d still works and i’ve been happy with how it films. i recorded several short films with it already. if anyone has shot video with an r10 can you tell me what you liked most about it? my friend and i are a long ways away from production, but when the time comes, im not sure if i should use the r10 or stick with the 90d.

this was very wordy. im new to reddit. any words of advice are v appreciated 🫡
