Upgrading from a t6i

Looking to improve my camera game…

Should I upgrade to a RP or mark iii…or just buy a nicer lens? I have a couple pancake lenses and a sigma 17-50 f2.8.

I am attracted to the RP because of its weight and mirrorless but don’t like the idea of starting all over with lenses though i guess i would have to either way if i go from APSC to full frame? I like the durability of the mark iii. I mostly just shoot travel/portrait and landscapes. i used to help shoot weddings but don’t think i’ll do that again.
