The average price of a square meter of an apartment in Bulgarian cities.

Hello, since I dont speak Bulgarian the data is quite hard to find for me, what would be the average price of a square meter of an Apartment in cities like Sofia, Varna or Burgas? Also, what would be the cheapest price for a square meter I could get, in an apartment in some old commie block I guess?
