Is this worth the price jump?

Hi,

I'm trying to build a PC on the absolute cheapest budget possible and I have two motherboards in mind. The price difference isn't much so if it is worth going for the more expensive one I will but is there really any difference to justify it?

Cheaper One (£29.99) or More Expensive One (£53.98)

Also I can't tell if the cheaper one has an m2 slot or not and I can't seem to find a manual online, would anyone know?
