M.2 no longer recognized after bios update.

Okay so I need some help. Picked up a refurbished Dell 7040 system, i7, 32gb ram, 1tb m.2 and a 2tb HDD for storage. I also ordered an rtx 3050, and a gold 650w corsair that I'm putting in an old case I had in storage just for me and the kids to play wow and fortnite together.

It came with windows installed. I was able to run updates last night, installed the games, installed an anti-virus, discord, spotify, etc. It ran the games no problem, set it to finish updating drivers, and shut it down for the night.

This morning I turned it on and got the "no boot devices found." I went into bios, it lists everything except the m.2 since the bios firmware update last night. I have UEFI set, I disabled boot security, changed settings, changed them back, reseated the drive, tested it in my gaming pc and it works fine.

I'm at a loss, I that intel boards may need IME installed for the drive to work properly after a bios update? I'm just not sure what to try next, I don't have a windows install disc and we wanted to game a bit on my day off.
