What should i upgrade?

My current build is a i9 11900k, 2080 super, 32 gigs of ram at 3200 speed and a 1k PSU

been thinking about upgrading for a awhile and if i should get a "whole" new pc or just get a new gpu cus i know my 2080 super is really outdated, i mainly game 1440p
