Motherboard CPU debug LED on, No display, No OS right now, Not sure if BIOS Flash is working

I bought this MSI motherboard back in November 2022, I tried to build a computer then but didn't have enough money or time to completely try and figure it out so I returned all of my other parts besides the motherboard, power supply, ram, and storages.

Recently I picked up a Ryzen 7 5800X and I know this motherboard was not updated for the processor. But the computer parts all get power, but the CPU Debug light always comes on. I am assuming its because the bios isn't updated but I am not sure what bios update is needed for the processor.

I have attempted a flash update once on the bare board, I am currently on my second one. After the first one, (I am not even 100% sure it finished the LED was just on and not flashing so I don't know if that means it finished or not). But then I plugged in everything else and still I am getting no display or bootup, and the CPU light is still on.

At this point I just am not sure what I am doing wrong. This is my very first build from scratch, my last computer was an iBuyPower that broke that I fixed. I am at a loss at this point. Please if anyone has any suggestions or advice I would really appreciate it before I just hand the whole thing to Best Buy and beg them to explain what is happening with it.
