Guys, I need help.

I'm trying to sleep, and playing b99 in the background. I just heard the episode about Jake's birthday, and I skraight thought I watched the episode because I imagined every scene from the episode in my head. I only heard it. I thought I watched it. The episode was over, and i realized that I'm just sitting in the dark, and the only thing that connected the episode and me, was the audio, no visuals at all. This has got to be some sort of problem, right?
