Baby constantly sleeping when breastfeeding

My baby is now 7 weeks and everyday is a struggle trying to feed her. It takes me FOREVER to get her to feed, often times takes me an hour or so. It’s like within two minutes she’s fast asleep on my boob. I’ve tried everything-stripping her down, cold wash cloth, loud music, tickling, etc. But it’s SO hard. I’ve had a lactation consultant come and latch isn’t an issue- but baby does have a little bit of an upper lip tie. She basically said as long as she’s having enough wet diapers/gaining weight and not losing it, I should continue breastfeeding. But it’s just so time consuming and frustrating. I’m contemplating just giving up. If there’s anything anyone suggests, please please let me know
