Attention exclusively breastfeeding mommies
For those that DO NOT PUMP AT ALL… exclusively breastfeeding only… do/did your babies sleep well yet? 😅 my daughter is 4 months old and nurses every 1-2 hours… all day… and all night. I don’t feel human, I’m exhausted.
I’m a firm believer in not pumping (if you don’t have to, of course) but sometimes I wonder if she’s just not getting enough and that’s why she’s on me so often? She’s a BIG baby, so her doctor of course suggested I start feeding her solids to help fill her more but I don’t want to do that.
I was considering maybe experimenting with pumping after I nurse her so I can bottle feed her some more after nursing her at night? I don’t feel I have a supply issue at all but I’m wondering if maybe my body is just so use to her nursing so often so maybe I’m just not giving her enough each time?
