Pigs in a blanket?

Hi, I am new to Boulder and I’m craving pigs in a blanket, aka in Texas what they call “kolaches”, where it’s a small sausage link inside of a eggy roll. They’re usually sold at donut shops for like $1.50.

Is there anywhere in Boulder that has these? The only donut shop I can find is Voodoo and they only have sweet donuts.

ALSO— what are the comfiest coffee shops around? I can’t find any with lounge chairs and couches. Sad day.
