Looking for advice

I live in a "luxury" apartment complex. In March of 2023 I noticed a leak in my ceiling. Water leaked into my roommates room, my bathroom, the hallway, and the laundry area. Put in a request, maintenance came, said it was fixed, and left. Unfortunately they didn't fix it, and on four more occasions I kept having water leak from the ceiling. Every time I put in a request, they came, said it was fixed, and left. Obviously it was never really fixed. Four weeks ago, it got really bad. Enough water leaking through to fill up multiple buckets worth in a night. Maintenance came again, this time they cut up the ceiling in my roommates room and they also cut up the ceiling and wall in my room. They installed plastic over the hole in my roommates room to catch water. My ceiling and wall in the bathroom are just completely cut open. For a few days we had industrial dehumidifiers and fans running 24/7 in my roommates room and my bathroom. My roommate was more or less forced to sleep somewhere else (went to his girlfriends place) because of how loud it was. Some guys came a few days ago and said it was fixed, but since it hasn't rained, this can't be confirmed. And obviously I'm skeptical. My roommates ceiling and my bathroom ceiling/wall are still cut open and I have the dehumidifier and wall in my bathroom. There also a big plastic bag slide (best way I can describe it) that runs from my ceiling to the inside of my toilet so the water can drain into there if it leaks again. It looks insane.

I have pictures and videos of everything, but obviously I think this is unacceptable and I'd like to not pay my full rent. It's totally interfered with my ability to live in my apartment how I want to. I don't feel comfortable having people over because of how it looks. We often have people coming in to look at the apartment and do construction. I can't keep my space clean. It's much colder because my ceiling and wall are cut open. I don't feel comfortable leaving my apartment when it rains (one day I came home and my bathroom was more or less flooding - my bath mats absorbed most of the water fortunately). We're going to have increased electricity costs due to the fans/dehumidifiers). I've worried constantly about my appliances if water seeps to an outlet. It's just been a constant issue that I've had to worry about/be encumbered by and I had to report it five separates times over a year and a half. What I'm wondering is - they obviously wouldn't be able to rent the apartment in this condition. And I'm wondering how much, if any, rent I can withhold until this is fixed? Or should I ask to be compensated? Just looking for advice. VIdeos (keep in mind this is only a tiny fraction of the amount of water that we've dealt with):
