Where Did This Part Come From?

We found this part in the drain filter from our Bosch dishwasher. It didn’t come off one of the wheels a search online. Let me know that it is an appliance holder, but for the life of us we have no idea where it fell off within the dishwasher. Help us bring this orphan back to his home.
