Why theese are the only weapons with (at least) tracers for blackcell?? I feel scammed

Like, last season i didn't bought blackcell but saw all the weapons having tracers and death effects, now only 4 weapons have it, i like the variants but i feel a little dissapointed for not all of them having it, i like tracers, at least i have a wolf noq
