I'm enjoying the game, but...

Ok so I'm liking the gunplay, movement, ect. But tell me why, 1 second my gun feels really good, then all of a sudden I'm legit shooting someone 9 times and they either finally die, or they turn and kill me like I was doing to others just seconds prior. I've had the same problem in other cods too, but not quite this bad, this feels almost exactly like xDefiance (at least a launch). My 2 guesses are that the game is legit rigged or just that the servers are so shitty that it makes it feel that way. Like I want to enjoy the game, but it's not okay that 1 moment I'm doing amazing then the next I'm shooting a tank? Ik not every gunfight is winnable, but some just end up not making sense.
