Do behind the eye hallucinations exist?
Not just seeing stuff and imagining things, but seeing something over and over, unwanted, or very real looking?
I'm a very visual person, and I can imagine very, vivid things with my eyes closed. However, a few years ago, I was plagued by these demon faces I'd see when I'd close my eyes. They were reoccurring - sometimes I'd see them during panic attacks. They were very vivid and realistic. It started to bug me because it was happening a lot, especially when lying down in bed or trying to relax.
I started to believe it was this darkness that was following me, the energy causing everything bad in my life at the time.
I chalked it up to PTSD or something because it happened during panic attacks sometimes.
But I'm wondering if it was my bipolar. Because I don't see those faces anymore and honestly thinking demons are destroying your life sounds mildly paranoid and delusional. Now that I think of it, pretty sure I was big into the universe working just for me in mysterious ways, too...😅
Edit* I also wanted to add that these demons looked so otherworldly. Creatures that don't exist anywhere. Very humanoid but so uniquely their own. What plagued me the most was always getting close-up shots of their eyes. The eyes were always the most unsettling part. Before it'd bug me, sometimes I'd keep my eyes closed just to get a better look since it looked so real but so made up.
