• The effect is shown visually in 3 stages with the character's belly getting larger each time until it finally gives birth to a familiar.
• This item is the demonic counterpart to Immaculate Conception.
• Cambion Conception cannot grant more than 4 familiars in total.
• Lilith starts with this item.
