Cannot launch isaac anymore after the update

Hello! Today tried to boot up the game for the first time since the repentance+ update and it just constantly crashes on startup. Ive tried:

-disabling repentance+
-checking file integrity
-unsubbing from my mods
-removing repentogon

but to no avail. No matter what i do the game wont let me play. The game wont launch with or without the new dlc. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
