Question about tour

Hey guysss!! My show isn't for months but I'm so excited. I have a question about the show starting...my show starts at 5pm so does that mean Billie comes on stage at 5 or do openers start at 5? I'm a bit confused as also I've seen people on tt not arriving for openers etc which makes me think openers are earlier I'm just a bit confused if someone could help me that would be great. Also how long do openers usually last?

One more question - I have assigned seats so I don't have to run to get floor... If the show starts at 5 what time should I get to the arena to start queuing?
