How has having a child(ren) changed your body permanently?

For me - I was an older ftm(37) so I have a permanent stomach pouch that won’t go away now. My bellybutton is way bigger. My nipples are pretty big and permanently erect (lol). My shoe size and ring size have gone up by 1 (rip all my rings that I can never wear again :().
