When did you notice your body changing???

These past few days, ive been feeling hopeless and unmotivated. I know Ive only been consistently working out for 3 months, but I still feel and look the same :/ The pants I couldn’t wear three months ago still do not fit…. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Sometimes i also feel fatter than before.

i know 3 months is not a lot of time and its a marathon not a sprint buttt damnnnn 😭😭😭

im counting my calories carefully, limiting my sugar intake, sleeping more.. what am i doing wrong.

is it just my bad self esteem? laziness and bitterness, am i just impatient. Just ranting…..

Weight: I do not weigh myself at all because i know numbers do not reflect what I actually look like- I’m solely basing it on clothes that I used to wear. I used to be size 7/8 and now im 10/11. So i honestly cant tell you what my weight is these past few YEARSSSSSS

Height: 5’2

workout: I do lagree 3-4x a week. I cantttttt do cardio. I HATE HATE IT. I walk id say 1-2 miles a day. My work is very sedentary (8hours pure sitting) so I really try to walk outside work.

Calories/Food. TBH, i said i only eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Im not super strict about calories but my typical food intake is breakfast: 300ish calories protein coffee TOTAL. Lunch: 350-400 calories oatmeal. Dinner: varies (i guess I mess up with my dinner huh)

I do not drink ALCOHOL nor SODA. I barelyyyyy eat Chips- id say one small bag a week(vending machine). I was just never into it even since whenI was a kid. My parents didnt really introduced that to us.
