Where to play Chinese Chess?

My older Asian parents are retiring soon and moving to Santa Clara this spring from the east coast. My dad loves playing Chinese chess, and I was wondering if there are parks or community centers in the Bay where people gather to play? In NYC Chinatown I see the elderly play all the time in the public parks, but I don’t know if that’s a thing here.
