What would you guys rate this in the shady scale?

Found this on Kijiji today (I know, shame on me for considering buying a card from a scalper).

User has no reviews, but has been on Kijiji 11 years. The ad had zero effort put into it and not sure if I can test the card yet (wont buy without testing). Anyhow, feels off or is it just me? Would you guys entertain the idea? Just kinda looking for thoughts here, thanks!
