when are we arranging a strong protest against rapists and the law that favours them?

im really tired of doing nothing and just sitting at home when the next victim could be me or my sister, mother my friends . ik its more complicated then that to chage the law like that .but there gotta be something . so please if someone arrange strong protest I'll and many more will be there
